Before anything is drawn, we visit the site and spend time talking with you. What does your business do? Who comes into this space? What feeling do you want people to have when they walk in? Are there brand guidelines to follow? A handover deadline to hit? A budget ceiling we can’t go past?

Using everything gathered in the briefing, our designers develop the concept — space planning, traffic flow, zones, furniture layout, and the overall look and feel of the space. You’ll see this through floor plans, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visuals that show you the space before a single wall goes up.

Material and finish selections get confirmed — using physical samples where possible, because screens don’t show you how a surface actually feels or reflects light. The furniture schedule gets tightened. MEP requirements get flagged and coordinated. And the cost plan gets updated so you know exactly where you stand before we move to the build stage.

Our technical team produces the complete construction drawing package — detailed floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, joinery drawings, lighting layouts, and FF&E specifications. This is what the contractor builds from. Every measurement, every finish, every fitting is documented so there’s no guesswork on site.
